1.  Bhume Rural Municipality has allocated funds for Road Constructions and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for following Name: Rika-Lukum-Maring-Thabang Road Construction (ID No. of Contract: EGP/BRMO/NCB/W-2/2077-78) and Nakhe-Runchi-Tamari  Road Construction (ID No. of Contract: EGP/BRMO/NCB/W-3/2077-78). Bidding is open to all eligible domestic bidders.
2. Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible domestic bidders for the construction of following roads under National Competitive Bidding–Single Stage: One Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. 1. Bidders can download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified Bank details with non-refundable fee as per mentioned above till 02/02/2021 A.D. (2077/10/20 B.S.) during office Hours.

1. electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp  on or before12:00 Noon on 03/02/2021 (2077/10/21 B.S.). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
2. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 15:00 0n 03/02/2021 (2077/10/21 B.S.) at the office of Bhume Rural Municipality, Khabangbagar, Rukum (East). Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid  amounting to a minimum amount of as per mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
